After my successful involvement with Cavalcade of Lights, I was invited to return to my role as Assistant Stage Manager for New Year's Eve at Nathan Phillips Square. With this massive event, the City of Toronto rings in the New Year with DJ skating parties sponsored by Tim Hortons, live musical performances and spectacular fireworks. Canadian Journalists for Free Expression (CJFE) boldly champions the free expression rights of all people, and encourages and supports individuals and groups in the protection of their own and others' free expression rights. Their gala is held annually to honour the courageous work of journalists across the globe as well as fundraise for the CJFE's year-round projects and initiatives.​ Read more on linkedin here.

Cavalcade of Lights is an annual event to kick-off the holiday season. Highlights of the event include the lighting of the official City of Toronto Christmas tree at Nathan Phillips Square as well as a breath-taking fireworks display off of the towers of Toronto's City Hall. ZoomerShow is a unique lifestyle expo and trade show geared to Canadians 45 years plus, featuring 200+ exhibitors, live entertainment and speakers. In this role, I was responsible for managing the Cannabis Education Stage and the Health & Vitality Stage. Read more on linkedin here.
